Decreto<\/a> <\/strong>que fija el nuevo <strong data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"410\">Salario M\u00ednimo Interprofesional (SMI) para el a\u00f1o 2026<\/strong>, una medida que impacta directamente en la gesti\u00f3n laboral de miles de empresas y profesionales aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"557\"><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container has-pattern-background has-mask-background nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" data-end=\"593\">El nuevo SMI queda establecido en:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"689\">\n<li data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"636\">\n<p data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"636\"><strong data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"636\">1.221 euros mensuales (en 14 pagas)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"637\" data-end=\"663\">\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"663\"><strong data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"663\">17.094 euros anuales<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"689\">\n<p data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"689\"><strong data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"689\">40,70 euros diarios<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"926\">Este incremento <strong data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"750\">entra en vigor el 20 de febrero de 2026<\/strong>, pero tiene <strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"815\">efectos retroactivos desde el 1 de enero de 2026<\/strong>, lo que obliga a las empresas a revisar sus n\u00f3minas y regularizar las diferencias salariales correspondientes.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"985\">Compensaci\u00f3n y absorci\u00f3n: \u00bfqu\u00e9 implica realmente?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1207\">Uno de los aspectos clave del Real Decreto es que la actualizaci\u00f3n del SMI <strong data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1206\">no modifica la estructura ni la cuant\u00eda de los salarios que, en c\u00f3mputo anual y jornada completa, ya sean superiores al nuevo importe fijado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1228\">Esto significa que:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1564\">\n<li data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1311\">\n<p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1311\">Las percepciones salariales anuales superiores a 17.094 \u20ac no deben modificarse.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1453\">\n<p data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1453\">Las cantidades pueden ser compensables y absorbibles seg\u00fan lo establecido en las normas legales, convenios colectivos o contratos vigentes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1564\">\n<p data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1564\">Solo ser\u00e1 necesario incrementar aquellos salarios que, en c\u00f3mputo anual, queden por debajo del nuevo m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1729\">Este punto puede generar
